Pelosi’s job ends Dec. 3. There is no Speaker of the House while the Electoral College has control over the election results.

The Electoral College takes WHATEVER VOTES were received by Dec. 14 to make a determination of who the Electoral Representatives are (by new Congress Critters). Congress controls who remains sitting in the judiciary, so there is no appeal to them for election results. These are the rules we all agreed to before this election started.

You forgot the Constitutional requirement that a joint session of Congress must meet to accept the electoral votes. No joint session, no election. Done. So yes Nanzi is still Speaker and is in charge. Next.
