I still say there’s a pretty good chance that Biden was a pawn used by the DNC to try to bridge the gap between Traditional Democraps and the Bernie-AOC wing of Special Crazy Democraps. They knew Biden would say whatever he was told, and coming from him they may have figgered the Traditionals would slide over there too. One party, no gap, one big happy fund raising mo-chine.
I also think they may have figgered Biden was most likely to help them hold the House and maybe gain a majority in the Senate. Who else out of the clown car could do that? The rest are all to divisive and/or crazy.
I think they figgered wrong.
In all fairness, they thought they had a known quantity in Joe, despite his mouth which has always been liable to go off without warning. But old Joe has turned from a known quantity into a cipher. He is Chance the gardener now Chauncey Gardner, in a real life production of Being There.
