If you indict, you need resolution of the case prior to any upcoming election.

By that standard, you can't indict a political person within three years of an election.

Pretty much. I hope they do this whichever way is best. But I’m not bothered if they don’t indict before the election, I already went down that road 2 years ago.

They move when they move, but I don’t think they are going to move faster in an attempt to make political points, it’s risky. It’s doubtful that indictments are going to swing the election at this point. This election has it’s two big issues, COVID and Insurrection. There’s probably not room in the typical attention span for much more, nor is it needed. If the President can’t win on those two issues, he can’t win.
