Nothing will happen before the election. The deadline for that kind of move passed over a month ago.

Barr goes by the “book”, and some of the “book” is unwritten. He won’t indict this close to the election, imo. He’d get killed on the optics and so would Trump.

They won’t risk the backfire. Gowdy just spilled the beans, and Bongino did the same a couple of months ago. I stopped worrying about back then. If you indict, you need resolution of the case prior to any upcoming election.

The Dems know that, they haven’t done anything in months.
