blu this concerns medical diagnostic test equipment exports. In 2017 a lot of countries exported "COVID-19 Diagnostic test instruments and apparatus". Once anons noticed that COVID-19 stuff was being exported in 2017, the World Integrated Trade Solution site changed the site to remove the "COVID-19" part of "COVID-19 Diagnostic test instruments and apparatus". For the record this MAY have been part of a site scrub and the original COVID-19 copy may have been the result of some copy and replace all scenario. I've done it myself, but it never made it to live traffic. We'd have to go to the wayback machine pre-covid to know for sure.
