Biden exposed for plagarizing (lawschool) and appropriating thoughts, vision of other statesmen (Kennedy, etc.) and quoting them without attribution, and made false academic claims. Back then, the MSM was all over him for that (wrote him off).
But Joe does say his own words here: "I've done some dumb things, and I'll do some dumb things again."
