What I saw on the video looked like possibly smoke cover, as the close up map on one of the links had a different shape, don’t think it could have grown that much in a day.

I am below and to the west of the fires on the dry side of Washington state.. The wind kicked up to 30 and brought a ton of dust, sky turned orange, like a thick rust colored fog. Smells like a camp fire. Small town in the higher wheat fields evacuated.
