I wish. But I’ll say this, it probably wouldn’t take much of an “impact” (in the sense of things that are in our arsenal) to break that dam wide open, and even under normal water level conditions it would devastate a big section of China. Something I’d be very aware of if I were President Xi when tempted to antagonize the US.
