Nancy Pelosi and others have said she's in the succession of a president is not declared winner (e.g. undeclared as of January 20th, 2021). Seems like Zuckerberg may be hoping for that idea.

I think it was Carlos Oswedo who had a good thread about if the election is not settled. If the President is not settled, no election results are settled. So Pelosi would also not be seated, nor any congressvermin. It was a good thread, informative. The Demsheviks are building castles in the air. Or perhaps dugeons in the ethers...
