Hmmm, the name was registered in 2002. I’d bet someone else re-bought it recently for this purpose. Likely trolling Biden instead of supporting him, though.

Doesn’t matter who owns it. Biden should DISAVOW IMMEDIATELY, but he probably won’t so as not to alienate his base. He’s too stupid to realize that failure to disavow could COST HIM as many votes.
