A chip with what function, exactly? How is the chip powered? What processing unit does it have? How much memory for instructions and data storage? What size is this chip? Where does the chip go? How many of them would get injected? How much does each one cost to manufacture? How do they communicate? If it's wifi, which access points can they connect to? If it's through mobile networks, how are they getting a signal with a microscopic antenna, no power for that antenna, and a whole lot of fluid and tissue blocking signal?
This is why this crazy conspiracy stuff always falls apart. As soon as you start asking some basic questions like "how would this work?", there's no answers. We don't know why, we don't know how, there's no technical details, and so on. The CIA didn't know the Berlin wall was coming down until bricks started hitting them in the head. I'm not worried about them having some crazy space alien technology from the future that's 100+ years beyond anything anyone in the world has ever seen before.
They have stuff that's a little faster, a little smaller, a little smarter than what you or I can buy on Amazon. What they don't have is magic from Hogwartz to create things that defy the laws of physics. And yes, I fully understand that because I don't buy into the conspiracy, I MUST be part of it. Me and probably a half billion other people. Because we all know how great humans are at keeping secrets.
