What was the joke?

“Stevenson recounted an “inside joke” with board artist Sam Szymanski about main character Bow, a skilled archer, having multiple siblings whose names all rhyme, in addition to reflecting their main pursuits. One of those characters was named Sow, who tilled the fields, but fans were quick to point out the racist implications of a Black character named Sow being relegated to slave-like work.”

On one hand it’s hard to recognize as a joke, and on the other hand only complete idiots would find it offensive.

>>>What was the joke?<<<

Don’t know, but I’m still trying to figure out why BLM isn’t being called out for beating an innocent Coon to death last week.
