Nancy Pelosi says they'll have an inauguration even if the president doesn't feel like moving out of the White House (i.e., when Trump knows he won, the Dems plan to hold an inauguration for the Dem candidate and set up their own president), she smirks that she's second in line, and says, "the presidency is the presidency and is not geography or location" (i.e. this is the scenario in which the Dems set up a parallel government in the House while Trump remains in office in the White house).
