Sad to hear Tom Weaver died. I use to watch him pitch all the time. Amazing pitcher. Wife would sit in the stands and watch too. Then when she was expecting she’d be knitting and watching. Nothing like day baseball. As Harry would say.,,lights will kill baseball.

Yes, it is sad. I can’t remember the last time I saw him, but it was several years ago & he had dementia back then. He was in bad shape. Great pitcher, back in the day. Now that you mention it, I do remember seeing his wife in the stands on many occasions.
