Boy, do I ever understand where your coming from Woodstock. Years ago I wanted to buy from ebay. I got a password and bought a couple of used movies. Then one day it wouldn't take my password. I stayed up through one night chatting with an ebay employee wanting my password changed. The stupid employee by 3am still couldn't help me. I then told her I had gone ALL my life without ebay, I can continue to finish out my life without them. I have never tried since.

That happened to me with Amazon. My kindle updated and wiped out my password. Customer service couldn’t help. She finally told me I could set up a new account with my same email. I couldn’t. Gave up.
