Few presidents get to replace SCOTUS judges like Potus has and probably will again. It’s been incredible for us, and a lot of wailing/teeth gnashing for the other side.
I can hope for an exceptional African-American conservative to replace Justice Thomas or, really, I would love to see him stay on and become Chief Justice instead of Roberts.
I agree. However Thomas has hinted at retiring a few times.
