I’m feeling a little anxious about acquiring that land. There are two of us cottagers who had the opportunity to buy our pieces of land. We’ve both put forward our offers, and we just can’t get the guy to respond. It’s very frustrating. He confirmed he got my offer and said he should have an update the beginning of next week.....that was back on Aug. 26th. He’s not great for answering emails, so I’m trying to not get nervous about the whole thing. I’ve emailed little requests for an update 3x since - one every week, but nothing. I sure hope it doesn’t fall through. I’ve already got my house picked, customized, and the demolition permit printed off for the old cottage lol. I guess I put the cart before the horse, but I didn’t think there’d be an issue.
