Where do you live? Fire ants are the mortal enemy of termites. They will attack termite nests and carry their bodies back to their food storage tunnels.
Of course, you then have fire ants to get rid of, but your house will be safe.
In the 50s, when I was a kid, we lived in the gatekeeper’s cottage on an old Southern plantation. Our landlord lived in the mansion. Unfortunately, everything is gone now. Termites destroyed everything. The only thing there now are a few gravel piles and some road equipment.

Excellent idea. Capture a large next of Fire Ants and release them in a crowd of protestors. Stand back and watch the fun.
