Sorta. He let them take it too far, to the point in f rebellion and unconstitutionality. States, for example, are not supposed to make pacts among themselves, as Cuomo did with NY and neighboring states, they’re not supposed to impede interstate commerce, and nobody is supposed to interfere with religious practice. Barr should have been sent out immediately to get to the governors back in line with the US Constitution.

He let them take it way too far. I think that one of Trump’s problems is that he is very sensitive to being called authoritarian, which if course he is not. But the left loves to scream that all the time, and I think he backs off from enforcing legitimate authority because he doesn’t want to give them something to scream about.
This is a mistake, in my opinion, and the fact that the Biden campaign is now releasing ads blaming Trump for the shut down and also for the rioting shows that he hasn’t been decisive enough in this.
Part if it is probably bad advisement (Fauci et al) and I think he’s trying to clean it up. But he doesn’t have a lot of time and he’s got to step out in front and lead and just let the chips fall where they may.

If the DOJ had just arrested Comey, Strzok, Lisa Page, Sally Yates, McCabe.... we wouldn't know nearly as much as we do about ObamaGATE.
Let the DemWIT governors continue to support the rioters. Even Biden's handlers are letting that idiot be pro-riot. The pro-Trump ads are going to be devastating to the DemWITS.
If Trump had taken control of things in the SCAMDEMIC early, then the DemWITS would have been able to hang the SCAMDEMIC around Trump's neck. In Calif, Penn, NY, NJ, Mich, Ill... the PEOPLE know that the RAT governors are the ones destroying economies and peoples lives. Trump wants things opened up but NitWIT Newsome wants to keep it shut down to at least NEXT YEAR.
The RATS are hanging themselves and they aren't bright enough to realize it.
When the enemy is screwing their chances continuously, smart leaders like Trump give them all the rope they need to hang themselves and do NOTHING to stop them. Even longtime RAT voters are running as fast as they can.
