Agreed. You probably know that the Richard Jewell (Centennial Park bombing) case is what catapulted Lin Wood to legal fame.
Maybe he’s always been oriented toward individual rights and free speech but I read a comment from him somewhere a few weeks ago when he joined the Carter Page team that with what’s going in in the country right now, he decided to redouble his efforts on behalf of those who are targeted by the mob.
I took a look at his twitter and it was an “instant follow”:
