It’s not surprising result but outrageous. At this point Gen. Flynn is more likely to be raptured this next month before the case is (n)ever dismissed ... then he’ll be cited for contempt in abstentia. TBD + WWG1WGA :)

DOJ should have killed this thing LONG BEFORE BARR got there ... and before the guilty pleas.
POTUS should not have to do everything! He was dealing with Mueller and then the impeachment hoax.
I still believe Sessions was a White Hat -- an INCOMPETENT WHITE HAT.
The way they’ve handled Flynn’s case all along has convinced me that either they A) hate his guts and will stop at nothing to punish him, or B) He represent such a threat (specifics unknown) that they will stop at nothing to punish him.
There IS a reason every toss of the coin regarding Flynn has come up tails. As I predicted earlier: the appeal would be heard en bank and the full court would support Sullivan.

As I read the other day, these people seem inconsistent on the surface, but underlying is a very consistent strategy: say whatever, whenever it helps the narrative. That’s how they can go from praising Docta Fouchi one day and censoring him the next. CDC also. No problem. It’s insidiously evil.
