CR=abbreviation for Criminal Record
J.D.Rosenbaum - Age 36. AKA Hole in Head, Short Bald Guy – referred to as SBG from here on out.
Clothing worn- red short-sleeved shirt, capri pants, white shoes, ankle-high white socks
CR- life-long sex offender registration order in Wisconsin- Arizona conviction, Paroled 2012, P. violation-2014
-corrections disciplinary violations- for Assault with a Weapon, Assault on Staff, Arson, and Possession of Narcotics.
Maybe acquainted with or acting in concert with (Huber)- Skate Board Guy(SKBG).
Most confrontational.- berates the defenders@Ultimate: “Don’t point no MoF’G gun at me [homes.]? [Unintelligible]. [I’ll f**k you]? with anything you got. Shoot me n***er. Shoot me n***er. [Bust on me]? n***er. For real.”

Four charges apparently from the same incident/incidents ranging from misdemeanor to felony level- dismissed.
2016-Parole Vioation -sentence of 2 years (with a yr. credit) in State Prison was order- unclear if technical or material violation/unclear if incarcerated for violation.

4 shot volley(apparently Kyle), 3 shot volley (not likely Kyle)
-—note: SBG reached for gun, Kyle pulled it away and raised it, SBG leans in toward Kyle/gun and Kyle shot him—as stated by DC reporter McGinnis.
Reporter peels off shirt to attend to SBG, Kyle makes phone call says I ????somebody.

Kyle arrives@61st WhiteShirtGuy strikes -knocks off hat-Kyle stumbles/recovers-& runs -audio heard: what did he do? Shot someone. Get his a**.
SKBG is gaining ground & throws board @ Kyle, then retrieves it-Kyle falls face down, rolls over & faces 4 thugs.
-First attacker w/red backpk faces gun & retreats
-2cnd attacker in light pants is kicking@ Kyle-gun fired, light pants tumbles gets up and runs off
-3rd Attacker-split sec.later- SKBG strikes w/SKB and grabs rifle-gun fires-SKBG lets go runs 4 steps & collapes
-Kyle turns gun & looks @it for split second
-4th attacker-As shot is fired, MBG arrives with gun, stops & then charges-shot fired
-MBG grabs arm-yells MEDIC & retreats
-2 other would be attackers back off-Kyle gets up and heads toward Police line @60th street area, Kyle appears with hands up-told twice by police to get out of the way

I initially thought it was Ottawa from the still photo, changed my mind to Montreal or QC because of the abundance of Quebec flags and the apartment tower, then flipped back to Ottawa after watching the video.
There never used to be an apartment tower visible beyond the Parliament buildings, which threw me off, but Ottawa keeps spreading out. The apartment building is probably in Hull, Quebec, which is directly across the Ottawa River from Parliament Hill.
