I think they are pretty much conceding the White House, and focusing on the Senate and House races. In a way, they may actually deep down hope Trump does get re-elected, in the thinking that by 2024, he will be so unpopular, that a Republican couldn’t get elected.
If Biden won, I think he probably would have wound up as a very unpopular President and would harm the Democrats for years to come.

Yes. She's more concerned about her speakership. She also knows that Biden is slipping, even if she denies to her self that she's lost more than a step. Trump has played the riotingf issue well, and now that Evers has finally accepted help, he is now responisble for everything that has happened up until that time, and implicitly admitting that it could have been squelched earlier.

if Biden won, he would be removed quickly and the ineligible Harris would become president, that is the plan and Biden pretty obviously could not last long no matter what
