Yes. These groups (I think there are several) seem to be led by sleeper cells. I have no sauce but it would not surprise me if the chi-coms are the top rank.

My dad was in the 86th Infantry. I’d have to look it up, but I believe that they were certainly destined to head to Japan shortly after the European conflict ended.
Nagasaki and Hiroshima changed that, thankfully. And as devastating as it was to Japan, it also probably saved a lot of Japanese lives overall. They took 100 bombing runs and put them into 2 bombs, and there is no doubt that we’d have bombed Japan daily as we worked on invading them.
And yes, these new ones are something of sleeper cells. I think China has a pice of this, but the DNC has been instrumental in allowing it to happen. Our colleges and universities fell to communist hands under the left’s rule. And the right hasn’t done well at undoing the damage.
