I never fancied myself a great brawler, but I've been known to be a bit of a scrapper in the bar scene back in the day. I mean, you don't cower, you turn around, jump to your feet, and start swinging wildly if necessary. Doesn't hurt to throw in a surprise kick to the 'nads either!

Respectfully disagree meyer. Rise to your feet in a defensive stance...arms and fists up protecting yourself
and look for an opening to the chin with your left or
right. With power and timing, a punch on the button
can put the wild swinger down. The victim here, except for the first left to his face did well to cover as he did. The criminal threw pretty nice controlled punches
which were mostly ineffective due to defensive cover up,
but the criminal missed open opportunities to collapse the
victim with viscious hooks to the kidneys. FWIW
