Deprivation of rights under color of law involves the misuse of public office, elected or otherwise, to deprive a person of their civil rights.

An example of this were the false statements made to the FISA court to obtain a search warrant to wiretap Carter Page and those he spoke with. This deprived him of his 4th Amendment rights.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

I just found out (how did I miss this?) that John Huber in Utah closed the case against Killary and the Klinton Foundation and “misuse” of emails in that connection. Does anyone know about this? It is still being investigated? Huber must be a derp!
