And I understand the perp is still free to try to carry out his evil... a felon illegally carrying a weapon. Wasn't this the instigator of this riot? Whoever is "in charge" is in on it too. If one person talks, they can all go down. The DA, whatever "judge" authorized the warrant, and the police that carried out the arrest should be prosecuted by the DOJ for deprivation of rights under color of law.
