This is a good argument as to why US Federal Agencies should be dispersed across the country. Send the FBI HQ to Iowa and IRS to Alabama. Get them out of the swamp to avoid monoculture and bubble ideology. Make them work among real Americans.
In addition, it would be good to move them every ten years on a rotating basis. People couldn’t stay at the same location.
