Why does the article emphasize that he was a former schoolboy when he’s 31 years old?
“Public” schoolboy, which means private in Britain. It’s supposed to be a surprise that a person who went to a private high school instead of a “comprehensive” is a drug dealer.
It’s not a surprise to me.

What is the surprise,,,,Singapore has been caning for years.....It even states on your VISA that Drug Dealing is Punishable by Death in caps all across the document.......You never see a uniformed police officer because they are plainclothes and everywhere......It is safe to walk the streets at 0200 in the morning without fear......
