Not quite LJ. Barr stated that they would treat them as domestic terrorists, there is still no official designation of the idiots being classified as domestic terrorists. Cruz tried to get a bill passed but to date, it’s a no go.
They can call it what they want but it doesn’t have the legal designation yet.

I saw some info about that, totally insane that Congress has to vote to make that designation. I had no idea. It should DoJ or in cases of jihadi types DoD. Congress? crazy
