I think this arrest and prosecution are more political than criminal. The timing of this is very suspicious an I think Steve Bannon was sincere in his wall building efforts.
IF it is true that some funds were used to buy a boat used in the Trump boat parade ...the boater is going to get nailed.
It wont be that hard to forensically prove.
It’s not like that guy had big money in his own right.
