It isn't just the political part. It is illegal to create a situation in a workplace where a hostile environment is present that is based on race, sex, sexual orientation, or religion. How would Goodyear argue that allowing an employee to express the statement "Black Lives Matter" but not express the statement "All Lives Matter" isn't racially oriented discrimination and will create a hostile environment.

Imagine a restaurant that refused to serve people who had shirts on that said "Black Lives Matter" but did serve people who wore shirts that said "All Lives Matter". Does anybody think there would not be immediate enforcement action by every agency you can think of?

The Department of Labor, and the Department of Justice should be drafting a letter to the CEO of Goodyear today.

That is the way it should be. However, do you think the vast majority of the employees in the Labor or Justice Department will do anything? Even if prodded they will drag their feet and/or give it a half hearted effort.

What the Democrats support is moral. What conservatives support is immoral and should be silenced. That applies to global warming and immigration as well.
