If you parse that sentence, a skill we all acquired during the Clinton years, that is basically a statement without specific content.
Anyone can say they don't know "much" about anything because "much" is purposefully nonspecific. It's deliberately vague.
And as you say, "the movement" isn't the same thing as Q. Trump can actually be Q+ (as I believe he is) and still truthfully say what he knows about "the movement" isn't "much"- other than the movement loves him and he's fine if they think he's saving the world from pedos & cannibals because, yes, he IS saving the world.
What else is there to know about the Q movement, anyway?
