Digging on Draken International I found on their corporate page that they have... a new CEO and a new COO.
Joe Ford Joins Draken International as Chief Executive Officer
Las Vegas, NV The Board of Directors of Draken International, LLC has elected Joseph Joe
Ford as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Ford will also serve as a member of the
companys Board of Directors.
Ford previously served as President, DynAviation at DynCorp International. At DynAviation,
Ford was responsible for all aspects of the segments profit and loss performance with functions
including operations, supply chain management, finance, quality assurance, human resources,
contracts and internal and external business development.
Ford will succeed Jared Isaacman who has served as Drakens Founder and Chief Executive
Officer since 2011. Isaacman will become the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors
and will assist Ford through the transition.
also farther down on same page...
The board also elected Bill Sweet Tart as Chief Operating Officer. Sweet joins Draken from
DynAviation where he was Senior Vice President, Business Development. Prior to his private
sector career, Sweet served in the United States Air Force for 25 years, retiring in 2014 as the
Director of the Remotely Piloted Aircraft Division at the Pentagon. He previously served as the
commander of the 432nd Operations/Expeditionary Operations Group at Creech Air Force Base,
Nevada and the senior military assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Legislative
Affairs. Sweet is a Risner Trophy winner for outstanding performance at USAF Weapons
School.
So it6 would seem that Dyncorp execs. have taken over this Draken who have the aircraft and the pilots to fire this missle.

First, thanks for pickin' up my slack on Draken. (I'd seen them mentioned as the location that had actually received the missile but got called away by some errant livestock before I got my little dig attempt posted. That stupid troll really screwed up the morning, didn't he?)
Anyway, down in the Draken site, I got:
Draken International Aircraft Inventory Mirage F1M
Which just happens to be the exact aircraft carried the mystery missile.....plus Draken's got 22 of 'em.
Spent some time back in The Day working with OPFOR stuff and always wondered how long they were going to be able to keep those RED FLAG/TOP GUN "enemy" birds up to date and/or maintained. Draken seems to have been the solution: Hire a contractor.
That being said, that outfit's got enough high-performance aircraft from enough different places they could start a couple serious furrballs any old time.
Makes me wonder if anybody in that organization can walk down the hall to the head without settin' off alarms at NORAD.
great digging -
hmmm....what about that missile off Washington’s coast?
