Interesting. ACoE speaker said the last 133 miles of wall are still in design stage. That means it’s a different design from the current one, which means it’s a unique area that’s probably never been done before. I’d love to know where that area is.

I hadn’t thought of that. You’re probably right. It sounds like there’s something unique about those last 133 miles. Maybe they’re going to be in mountainous areas or some other unusual terrain.
