Maybe not, but I believe based on advances in genetic medicine that it will be possible, in the not-too-distant future, to take a drug that changes your skin color. Would that do the trick?
BTW, I'm not joking. In theory the same mechanisms than can change DNA to cure disease or kill cancer can be used to reprogram skin color or a lot of other things ... on-the-fly, as it were.
Making the changes inheritable would be more problematic, though it would be easier in the male line, as men continue to manufacture sperm throughout their lives, whereas women carry a fixed compliment of ova.
