I WOULD agree ... or possibly would agree with mbrfl; HOWEVER, I think the RATs know it's too late for any of their potential stable to win, even Mooch.
Their strategy at this stage has to be to get people to split their ballots, giving RATs the House or Senate while Trump is reelected.

Q is talking about changing out the party candidate. Biden only became the party candidate two days ago. So Q is suggesting a switch that takes place after the convention, not in May. Right before that he asks why Dems want to delay the convention, and then brings up the option of switching out the party candidate. In 4620, Q also mentions it as taking place after the convention. But you’re right. It may be just an option. But something that’s definitely being considered, according to Q.
