They are in Iraq (100 test subjects), Bangladesh (116), Egypt (304), and Argentina (2 studies, 100 test subjects in one, 70 in the other).

There are 20 studies enrolling test subjects in 13 countries: Argentina, Egypt, Italy, Israel, Mexico, Colombia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Spain, India, Brazil, Singapore, United States (1).
