Kim Foxx is a disaster and is letting out the criminals as fast as they are arrested. It will require outside intervention to get anyone convicted.

The Feds need to file RICO charges against Kim Foxx.

She is personally responsible for every crime committed by every criminal she refuses to prosecute.
