Well Ohio was known to pull over out of staters in speed traps. Requiring a visit to the local justice who then demanded fine paid in cash at that time.

They're pretty adept at pulling over in-staters too. The Ohio Highway Patrol is pretty inflexible, though they give you several mph over the speed limit before they will pull you over. I usually set my cruise at 5 or 6 over on the interstate there now days.
In the days of the double nickel, when I still lived in Ohio, I enjoyed playing cops and speeders.
