“I think this JC is John Carlin head of the DOJ NSD in 2016.
He quit in October 2016. That would make the other JC James
Comey. (Right after AM his deputy.”

We already have Little Linda’s suggestion of Josh Campbell
for #4, and Josh’s LexiQon entry I posted here:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3874513/posts?page=1391#1391
So lets see the LexiQon for John Carlin:
Carlin, John: (#1545) John P. Carlin is the former Director
of the Justice Departments Counterintelligence and Export
Control Section. He was heavily involved in the Hillary
Clinton email investigation. Carlin resigned under threat of
being FIRED. In the past he was the Assistant Attorney
General for National Security at the Department of Justice,
a position he had held since March 2013. In addition, he has
been the Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General and
Chief of Staff for the National Security Division since
2011. From 2007 to 2011, he served in leadership roles at
the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), ultimately
serving as Chief of Staff to then FBI Director Robert S.
Mueller, III. A career federal prosecutor, he served in 2007
as National Coordinator of the Computer Hacking and
Intellectual Property program within the DOJ Criminal
Division. Source: Huffington Post. (See DOJ, FBI, Hillary
Clinton, Robert Mueller).

A good candidate, but I’m still persuaded by Little Linda’s
reasoning for Josh instead... Maybe we can have both! ;-)
“Theyre all (former) FBI staff who are guilty of
malfeasance, and theyre listed in reverse order of their
place in the hierarchy, suggesting theres a domino effect
coming.”

I was posting from way behind. I just knew it wouldn't be Comey. I think it's Josh Campbell, too. He was involved with the coup and not the Midyear exam.
