How did they buy the property for less than what it was worth? If that’s what it sold for, then absent some duress, that’s what it was worth. Is this guy mad at the blacks that sold the homes and moved out? If not why not?

I imagine many poor blacks may not even own a home to ‘fix up and sell’.
So, they’re just going to demand Mr and Mrs Whitey give them their home....that was paid for w/saved up, hard earned money...and, taxes withheld from that hard earned money, and property taxes paid, to support things like low income housing/projects.
Share that sentiment. Not going to just hand it over.
Uh, this class of blacks are not fixing up jackshit. They have contempt for that sort of mindset.
You ever see those inner city neighborhoods without nets on the goals or have chains on the hoops? These civic minded protesters have to have a chained net because they’ll rip or burn down a good net before lunch if somebody puts it up at breakfast. Then one will realize that chain can do a lot of damage to Kee-Wan from the rival protesters. When there is only a rim left they turn their attention to shooting out street lamps and ruining other parts of the infrastructure. And these are the good ones. The baddies are doing a whole other level of one on one violent robbery or rape...or both and then some.
