These little rna viruses are so tiny that its nearly impossible to direct some thing that small for effective immune response
this and other flu bugs are also constantly changing and evolving - theres already 12 different sub species of Covid to they have no concept of how to go about it

The vaccine may not work, but it's not because of the size of the viral particle. Polio vaccine works very well, and the polio picornavirus is substantially smaller than Covid.
By the way. Coronavirus/Covid is much smaller than the 10 microns that you state. the Covid capsid is ~85 nm in diameter (0.085 micrometers), and the spike proteins are about 20 nm long (0.020 micrometers). So the maximum size of Covid is ~0.105 micrometers.
