For those following the situation in China, 3 Gorges Dam, etc.

Bad news for Sichuan Province. Already flooded, it is still raining heavily. Sichuan is about 300mi (or so) upstream from 3 Gorges (about 5 days from now river problems in Sichuan will show up at 3 Gorges Dam).

How much is hype, How much is truth...I don’t know
Truth is hard to find about China. Last video (below) says 3 Gorges dam is “broke”...I doubt it. Still keeping an eye on it. By the 20th of August (or so) we will know the truth about these reports.
