I thought it was very funny and I really want it to be true but there's something that makes me doubt those captions.

I no habla Espanol but I can pick out proper names. I didn't hear the names Kamala, Susan Rice, or Biden once in that clip. Can anyone verify what this guy is really saying? I want to be wrong.

Of course its bogus. I even saw the original without captions a long time ago. It was funny just cause of the way that guy laughed.

That video could become the new template for a version of those Hitler memes with inserted captions that are all the rage.
