Restaurants really seem to be hit here in PA. Go often. Tip generously. I’m concerned a lot of family-run eateries will go down.
That's true all over. Maybe more in some states than others, but small family-run businesses are going to take the brunt of this. People that put their livelihood on the line, and the government thug SOBs just waltz in and put them out of business. Over a virus.
The last time I was in PA, about four weeks ago now, I stopped in to my favorite diner outside of Lancaster, PA. Normally if I had shown up a 8:30AM in the morning I wouldn’t have found a seat. The place was half empty. Older people are scared poop-less to go out anywhere.
