K.C. could be the 11.3 being referred to in that drop. But I still hold to the belief that it’s referring to election day. There are other drops that were made around that time that also mention 11.3, and are clearly referencing a date or time. Here’s an excerpt from Q34:
“On POTUS’ order, we have initiated certain fail-safes that shall safeguard the public from the primary fallout which is slated to occur 11.3 upon the arrest announcement of Mr. Podesta (actionable 11.4). Confirmation (to the public) of what is occurring will then be revealed and will not be openly accepted.”
In this drop, 11.3 is clearly referencing a time or date, and it also describes this event (arrest announcement of Mr. Podesta) as essentially being a marker (i.e .. Confirmation (to the public) of what is occurring will then be revealed …)
