If you log out, you can see, your blocking won’t work then.
If you want to see his tweets, just open a “New Incognito Window” or “New Private Window” and paste the tweet link in.
I don’t care to follow his tweets until he started this nonsense, but he’s stupid to think blocking anyone is going to stop them. It just stops us from replying to him, which is all he cares about. He’s the only voice worth hearing, after all.
