My concern is how many guilty escape using the slam dunk criteria.
But there is another side to that coin - people that are NOT guilty getting sent to the big house for something they did not do. E.G., Roger Stone, General Flynn, some nobody that made a video that was blamed for Benghazi.

I certainly see your point. I am failing to make my
point clear. If I’m an obvious in-your-face crook, I’m
delighted the slam dunk criteria is being used. Aren’t
there some decent and courageous prosecutors that know they must go after those they know to be law breakers
despite it not being a slam dunk, for the sake of justice?

In my view, all the bad guys we are very familiar with, up to and including Klintons and 0bola, are all in the “slam dunk” category. As well as the bad Fibbers and other lowlifes including gov actors. There are very, very few who will slip away and any that might are probably drawing up pleas with their lawyers.
