There is a form of Lithium that is not so bad. Lithium Orotate, available in health food stores, it is water soluble so it passes through the body quickly. The other kind builds up within the body, and requires a script. It is a chemical frontal lobotomy I hear.

Thanks for the info. I was only familiar with the lithium that is not water soluble. I learn something new every day at the FR!
